We come into your home, and trust starts with how we handle your information. This page explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and how to use your rights.

Who we are
This policy explains how Adel Ahmed Mansour Akkash Trading & Contracting Company (trading as "Aman Babycare & Home Services", commercial registration 7049385276), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, handles personal data. We are the controller of this data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
Through WhatsApp: when you message us we receive your name, phone number and the messages you send, plus whatever you choose to share to arrange a visit: your address or neighbourhood, the services and times you need, and details about who we'll look after, such as a child's age and routine, a parent's needs, or your pets.
Through this website: there are no accounts. What you type in the “Book Your Service” form (first name, mobile number, district, timing, the services you choose, and details such as children's ages) stays in your browser until you press “Send booking request via WhatsApp”. It then reaches us as part of your message, and we keep the same request in our booking records so we can follow it up with you. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to run and protect the site. The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies today; if we add them, they'll only run after you agree.
Sensitive data: some details you may share, such as allergies or medication instructions, count as sensitive data. We only ask for what safe care needs, and it's your choice to share it.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, send prices and arrange bookings at your request.
- To provide the service in your home, following your instructions.
- To keep records the law requires, such as invoices.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising without your consent.
Who we share it with
- The caregiver assigned to your visit, only as much as the job needs.
- Service providers working for us: WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and Cloudflare for hosting this site and our booking records. WhatsApp messages are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
- These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia; we use them only as far as the law allows.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as its purpose needs: booking requests, booking conversations and care details for as long as needed to provide the service and as Saudi law requires, and invoices for as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
- To know how your data is collected and used.
- To see your data and get a copy of it.
- To have inaccurate data corrected.
- To ask us to delete your data once it's no longer needed.
- To withdraw your consent at any time.
- To complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
To use any of these rights, message us on WhatsApp. We'll reply within the time the law sets.
Keeping it safe
We limit access to your details to the people who arrange and carry out your visit, and we delete what we don't need.
Children's information
We only collect information about children from their parents or guardians, and only to care for them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change, and we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
